We aim to deliver as soon as possible from the time of your order. However lots of our gifts are handmade and may take longer. In most cases goods are shipped the same day by your choice of postage. Should your order take longer than expected, we will contact you immediately when we begin processing your order. Please note that items which need to be engraved may also take longer, therefore please contact us if you require your gift by a certain day.
Free Postage – Tregawne offer free postage to retail customers in the UK when placing an order for £50.00 and over. Free postage will be sent by 2nd Class recorded. If you require your parcel to be delivered by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery or by a specific date, then please inform us, as this will be chargeable. Please note Free Postage is not applicable to Trade customers, as Trade customers already receive our best prices. Postage cost for Trade customers is based on the weight and value of the parcel and we may therefore need to charge additional postage cost if the chosen postage cost does not cover it.

Delivery & Postage charges outside the UK
We have taken an average Postage cost of £15.00 for Europe and £22.50 outside Europe, however, depending on the weight, size & country, this cost may vary. Tregawne reserve the right to amend the postage cost for sending any parcel abroad depending on the above. We of course will inform you should this be the case. Tregawne cannot be held responsible for any Postal delays when sending abroad as this is beyond our control.
As each gifts has a different weight, we have taken an average cost of postage to ship abroad, however, depending on the weight, size & country, this cost may vary. Tregawne reserve the right to amend the postage cost for sending any parcel abroad depending on the above. We of course will inform you should this be the case.
If you placed an order with us via our website, or by email, telephone, or letter, the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 legislation gives you the right to cancel your order before delivery, and obtain a refund of the value of the goods purchased. However we must be notified in writing by letter or email of your intention to cancel and, in the case of goods already despatched, Tregawne reserve the right to with hold refund on postage incurred by us. You are then entitled to a refund as explained in the next section. Please note that this right of cancellation or return does NOT apply to items made to your particular specification in regard to personalised and engraved items.
Our delivery costs are not refundable unless products are faulty. Once your goods are received at our premises, they will be checked for fault/damage. If found to be in original and merchantable condition, a refund will be issued within 7 days.
Any faulty items or any discrepancies must be notified to Tregawne within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, you will be required to re-package the item in its original presentation box and packaging if possible . You will be liable for the security of the item in transit to our office, so please do ensure the goods are returned in secure packaging, using a recorded mail or special delivery service.
