Tregawne have been supplying Waldmann sterling silver pens and luxury silver pens to trade and corporate clients for years.
As the Sole UK distributor of `Waldmann KG`, we are proud to present this beautiful, handcrafted range of luxury sterling silver pens, comprising of ballpoints, pencils, rollerballs and fountain pens. Having been to the factory in Germany several times myself, and having seen the production from start to finish, I know how skilled their workforce is to produce these silver pens, as most of the production is still lovingly finished by hand. I can honestly say, they are also the most efficient company I have ever worked with.
Although Waldmann have been making pens since 1918, their silver pens under their own `Waldmann` brand name, have only been sold in the UK for some 7 years. Tregawne are selling the Waldmann pens to more and more jewellery outlets, but also giftware shops and larger stores. Each pen is individually boxed in a luxury black presentation box and comes with a cleaning cloth and a 10 year guarantee card. Our Website shows all the different designs which are available in the UK. This years new designs are the `Cassini`, `Pantera`, `Delta`, and `Equipe`. All pens over the required weight are fully hallmarked, and if under the required weight stamped `925`, which is the mark for sterling silver.
Before Waldmann had their own range of silver Waldmann pens, they predominantly made bespoke pens in silver, rhodium plate, gold and gold plate, leather and any colour lacquers. This is still the biggest part of their business, and their own branded silver pens and their personalised pens are sold in over 75 countries worldwide.
In the UK alone Tregawne are also building up a niche market of clients requesting exclusive bespoke silver pens. Although we have gone through the recession, there is still a demand for Corporate pens. A pen can be made exclusive by taking the Waldmann name & logo off and applying the customers name and logo to the pen instead. Also the customer can choose their own pattern and colours if applicable. We will always work together with the customer to get the best results and to design a pen that would fit in with their budget. The minimum order for a bespoke personalised pen is normally qty 100 pens, however Waldmann will produce qty 50 at a slight sur-charge, the reason for this is that it is time consuming to set up the production line for a very small quantity.
